Well done to Ashford a good performance away from home and a pleasure to watch, totally agree

that Mark Bitmead was Ashford`s man of the match, Alex Fisher just gets better and better with every game, Kieran Wright is keeping Russ Canderton out of the team, with his reassuring  and no-nonsence  displays and is cool and calm under pressure(where did he come from?).

Elliot Jones an excellent attacking wing back and is a greatly improved player from last season.

Tyler Tobin has also improved from last season, just needs to be more vocal with his defenders

Just a couple of questions, why was Conor Moody taken off when he was playing so well?

(was he injured)

New signing Joe Green from Knaphill is he a forward? because we need one,(we can`t keep on relying on Mark Bitmead)  poor Dan Fleming is so out of form he can`t buy a goal at the moment. (loads of practice on the training ground Dan)

What a difference a bit of  confidence makes to the team, just keep it going lads.

I think the changes where made for the good of the squad as its a long season, as for Tyler I'm his biggest critic and maybe you hearing aid was not turned up enough as I hear him for 90 minutes. As for Dan maybe look at his contribution as its not always about goals !!!

Kieran was in our youth team last year and has blended into the first team seamlessly. We recently had another defender of similar quality called Bairoh Conteh (his first name was pronounced Biro) and Kieran's unofficial terrace nickname is Bic (as they used to make pens) in tribute.

As for our forwards, Dan's a bit of a confidence player and apparently he prefers a bit of TLC to a rollocking, which I can understand. Admittedly, Dan doesn't quite score as many as he should, but his team play has improved as the season's progressed and that shouldn't be underestimated.

In terms of other forwards, I think Joe Hughes has done a superb job and deserves more praise, and certainly more game time than anyone shipped in from Slough Town or elsewhere else. Bitz has also made a claim to be our number nine in the past, and I can't see why, if needs be, we couldn't stick Conor or maybe Sammy in Bitz's midfeld place and let the bearded falcon run riot up front.

Swifty, Kieran is 21, he was in my youth team from a couple of season's ago, took some time off football and I asked him to return in pre-season.

Every single member of the squad is contributing to the team at the moment, it is my job to ensure that continues

I think we need to remember we don't have a reserve side. It can't be easy keeping all the players happy and involved. As supporters we all have our own thoughts on who should and shouldn't be playing, but I can't see what anyone has to criticize about this seasons performances.
