All this crap is so incredibly tiresome and pathetic.

I don't know who the retard was who posted the obscenities at Lewis on Instagram nor do I know who the retards were who felt it acceptable to say what they said on Saturday but they all need to take a good look at themselves and decide whether any of this is in the best interests of the club.

Whether Lewis was or wasn't involved in any of the issues in our relegation season, that season's gone, it's in the past.  Lewis has moved on, we've moved on.

As supporters we need to start supporting the club.  All this "no-one likes us we don't care" bullshit.  Maybe that's EXACTLY why nobody comes and watches the team - the image of the club and its fans is shot to pieces.  We don't care though, cos we're from Hornchurch and we're all dead HARD.

So, where do we want to be .. at the Wealdstone/Tonbridge end of the supporters' scale or at the Dulwich end, a growing fanbase with a club central to the community that's trying to grow and nurture new supporters.  One of the Kingstonian supporters was right about what he posted .. it does all start from the top and when you're sitting in the stand listening to a management team effing and blinding at anything and everything that moves, screaming and shouting at every decision that doesn't go their way then .. how is that going to encourage folk to bring their families along.  It isn't.

Things need to change within the club and on the terraces.  Some things cost money, some don't.  Respect certainly doesn't.

That's why I left the terracing on Saturday and watched the rest of the game from the Hill, found many of the comments embarrassing

Dear Player, please come to our club, please get sent off in a vital match, then score 3 days later in a cup final and tell 500 plus fans behind a goal to shut up because a few dated to criticise you.

Then bugger off a month or so later to a club in a bigger league, then suddenly disaapear across the world to suddenly return in the quick as your two mates have been nicked for match fixing, then respond to one person digging you out by calling All fans cnts

What a fantastic post. For years I have been banging on about bad language at Romford, and quite a few other non league grounds. I would never take my grandchildren to Romford or Hornchurch because of it, and now taking my grandson to Dagenham and sitting in the family stand is my idea of watching football in a decent environment.

In general terms, I don't believe in swearing or excessive abuse, and I personally wouldn't do it myself.

However....

There is a lot of anger over this situation and I'm afraid it's boiled over.

I'm not saying it's right but bearing in mind the circumstances behind it, I understand it.

I also feel that despite the provocation, Lewis has hardly been a model citizen and never has. He's not exactly a role model for kids, is he?
