Savagebee - I'm only saying that now Hanwell Town play at Step 4 level with treble the attendances they were getting in the SSML surely the Club need to improve the tea bar service, what's it going to be like at Reynolds Field on a freezing Tuesday night in January and February when punters are queueing out the door for their tea, coffee and bovril

Rhodes, I was there Tuesday and had no problems. The friendly lady said she'd give me a shout when my cheeseburger was ready which she did a couple of minutes later. Lovely it was as well

At half time I had a cuppa as did several others and there was no problem. People queued and chatted to each other catching up with the regulars that attend

Hanwell are a lovely club with proper football people. The clubhouse has had a lick of paint and Sky Sports news was on the telly

Steve aka Savage Bee took the time pre match to get teamsheets for supporters who wanted them

O.k. when they play the likes of Kettering it could get a bit busy in there but clubs like Hanwell do their best and I for one appreciate it

no longer SSML related

I beg to differ, what if Southall progress to the latter stages of the FA Vase, they would then be looking at a sizeable crowd at Reynolds Field where they groundshare with Hanwell Town

I'm not disagreeing with any of that, all I'm saying is that the tea bar service at Reynolds Field leaves a lot to be desired and needs to be improved

The club has made improvements to the tea bar and other areas of the ground for this season but for the big attended games this season the tea bar and bar will struggle to cope at times as we are only a small club with limited resources.

A report from yesterday's game at Reynolds Field from another Forum, I thought for a moment that one of the gripes was about the tea bar which wouldn't have surprised me:

Hanwell Town 5-0 Bedworth United Southern 1 Central, att 114
Entry £8, programme – did not buy

Had to be quite local so did my nearest unvisited Step 4 ground. The visitors started as the better side but Hanwell scored with their first attack on half an hour and then ran out comfortable winners. 5 goals and hit the woodwork twice.

Friendly club, obviously have just stepped up a level but are well equipped to certainly consolidate at this level. There is no need at present but certainly space available to make improvements to the ground.

Couple of gripes – the game started a couple of mins late as the officials made the visiting keeper change either his shorts or “under shorts” as they were a different colour. The officials were correct of course – surely the players know the rules? He ended up wearing a yellow shirt / socks with orange shorts!

Secondly a note to the visiting team followers, and quite a few of them there, it was not the referee or assistants who missed chances early on and defended poorly.

Bedworth United's version of events from their visit to Reynolds Field on Saturday, again, surprisingly, no mention of the tea bar:

I thought this was a nice so called groundhopper's tribute to Hanwell Town and no criticism of the slow service at the tea bar either:

I see that Hanwell Town took, to quote a Norwegian commentator, one hell of a beating last Saturday against Rugby Town at Reynolds Field:

I see that Hanwell Town lost again yesterday at Reynolds Field, 3-1 against lowly Beaconsfield Sycob, Savagebee is conspicuous by his absence isn't he:

I see Hanwell Town went down 3-1 at Barton Rovers yesterday, trailing 2-0 against ten men the Reynolds Field Club managed to get back into the game on 67 minutes through a Terry Smith strike however Rovers extended their lead on 87 minutes to takes all three points in front of a sparse crowd of 92 at Sharpenhoe Road:

I see that Hanwell Town went down 1-0 to top of the table Kettering Town yesterday at Reynolds Field in front of a huge 337, over 200 from Kettering, I wonder how the Club coped:
