Fantastic result for us and a well deserved win

It looked like a really tough fixture but we completely controlled the game and our ability and effort were once more absolutely superb. A great start with another header from Swainey from an excellent free kick by the impressive (again) Collis. We had to wait until late in the second half to make the game safe when Poole smashed home a penalty after Berry (I think) was bundled over in the box. We had a few other good chances, especially one from Emeka - I don't think Dale had to make a save in the 90 minutes.

Great turn out from the Ricay fans. Poor turn out from the Canvey fans

Briliant effort lads! Well done! Come on you Blues!

Great performance and result, a good day all round. Canvey rarely threatened and we were worthy winners. Seeing the game out comfortably with almost no home supporters left, and the away fans singing in the rain was a great moment.

Lowestoft dropped points today so its officially in our hands- win the rest of our games and we win the league. Lots of tough games and hard work to come but all credit for a terrific result today.

What a fabulous week, six points from two very difficult fixtures, both well deserved and relatively comfortable wins. Well done fella's.

That's what it's all about. Standing in the peeing rain, frozen and soaked to the bone with hail stones bombarding your face, but not giving a toss cos you've just dicked 'that lot'! A thoroughly deserved win that could've been more, just how Emika missed an open goal only he will know! We've stepped up a notch since the Hastings game but the next two games will probably test us to the max. Keep it going lads, 12 games from glory!

On paper a really tricky fixture which was overcome relatively easily. We were the better side for the vast majority of the game and thoroughly deserved the three points.

It doesn't get any easier, Cray will be difficult but there is no reason another three points can't be secured.

That was a brilliant result ! Have never seen a Billericay side go to Canvey and always look to be comfortable . Great early header which may well have helped but the work ethic is incredible . All of them worked their socks off again in very difficult conditions . However , i was expecting Canvey to come out and throw everything at us given they had the wind in the second half , but we just kept pushing on and on . You could see and hear how much it meant to both players and fans at the end .. No disrespect but have Canvey people given up on their team, their turnout was the smallest i have ever seen .

Well done to Craig and the lads . The hardest part is to now match that again for the next game.

little clip of the penalty from behind the goal. Loving Rob's passion for his team.

I'm still buzzing from the result this weekend! Full credit to the whole team and all the like minded fans who continued to brave mother nature behind the goal! I personally loved every second of it, I'm sure this result will be talked about for years to come not for the goals, nor the weather but for how the entire club pulled together and was as one at 'that lots' place!

All the way to the finish Blues!!
