I just got the following Twitter from Barton....

"unlikely the game will be on we still have frozen snow on the pitch which was topped up with a dusting last night"

Also, going to be something like -4 tonight !

I believe there is a pitch inspection at 9.30 Saturday morning which sounds like it will be a formality to call the game off with the forecast as it is. Oh well, another blank Saturday.

Yes pitch Inspection at 9.30 tomorrow. but short of a tropical blast - not a hope in hell.

Will be in Slough for weekend so if by some miracle there are any local games happening that people find out about, can they post on here. Brrrr.

Looks like the players don't get out of it tomorrow. They will either have a friendly against Harrow on a 4G pitch or a tough indoor training session.

About -7 overnight temps so 9.30 pitch inspections tells you that they are pretty certain that those games will be off.

Great news if the game is off, as me and the boy have to go to Bradford tomorrow, so will now be able to go to the new fixture date!

Can next weeks game also be called of as we have to go to Coventry then?

Apparently they are still shovelling the snow off the Margate pitch ( for the Harrow game ) but they think it will still be on.

He's probably only training with us to get his fitness levels up but I would not be surprised if Owusu ended up making an appearance for us before the seasons end!

Would be good if he came back but if only for one appearance like telfer then I don't think it would be a good thing. Could disrupt the flow of the team
