Smudge, if you are referring to Maisiecat's thread then you should have let the people who were moaning make the effort to get it removed. To be fair to Maisiecat she was just reproducing an external report (however inaccurate it may or may not have been). Also, it did raise the issue of laws (and their interpretation) being different over there.

We do not remove threads just because people dislike them.

They would need to be in breach of our site rules, which are found in the dropdown menu above.

Threads may be removed for a while, cleaned up and then re-opened.

It can vary.

Feel free to report posts & topics, but that does not guarantee we will remove them.

Reporting fact is not against the law - nor is having free speech.
