It was a cold and snowy evening in Yaxley on Saturday but for the couple of hundred people in the In2itive Park function room it couldn't have been better.



The annual Yaxley FC racenight is the stuff of legend and this occasion was no different.



With bigger facilities the whole club could come together from, from the juniors right up to the first team.



And a good time was had by all (even me although I lost a shed full of cash on some pretty woeful horses), all in aid of the junior sections of the club.



In what is proving a tought time for the senior team on the pitch, it would have been easy for everyone to go into their shell and not want to partake.



It shows brilliant team club spirit to get everyone together like that and it makes me proud to be associated with the Cuckoos.
