Highlights for me were Woodley's great start to the game with an excellent clearance leading to CB's 1st and Ricky Hodgsen's ridiculously high 70's style shorts!

Thanks bommie.

If you liked Henry's hat you should've seen the one Jurgs was wearing. I meant to get a shot of it in there somewhere.

Which one?  Had a nice red number for the warm up and changed it to a head band for bench duty :( !!!

Put on a bit of weight there Jurgs. Looking a bit more like Robbie Coltrane than Savage.
And, your dress sense was never the best, was it?

Cheers for the kind words Webby :( In my defence I did have 4 layers on though as it was a bit baltic!!

Should be a tad warmer for your next game Jurgs (assume you'll be going to Guernsey?) Then it's Hartley Wintney & Bedfont Sports the next 2 games - easy schedule eh? ;)

I am due to be going as part of the squad, so looking forward to it (can't beat playing in front of a big crowd for those that do).  Imagine I'll be back with the reserves for the 2 following games though....so CB Hounslow and Bedfont Sports for me!!

Drug allegations for footy players

Hours after being beaten, Guernsey FC's latest opponents are reported to have gone out looking for drugs. The Frimley Green players are alleged to have been heard asking for cocaine in two St Peter Port pubs and a nightclub on Saturday. When Island FM put the allegations to the team manager he said he doesn't condone any drug use and is looking into it.

Drugs would be a lot cheaper and easier to obtain in London!! Guernsey has a zero tolerance to drugs. If this is true it was very silly...
