Does anyone know about how many teams will be promoted from each Step 6 League to Step 5 in season 13/14.Under the current C.C.L Rules 3 Teams go up, is this how all Leagues work at present.Or will it be 2 up,2 down?

Based on the regional meeting that I went to, there was no mention of Step 6 except to say that no one would be relegated from Step 5 if they had a good enough grading.

I therefore expect the usual promotion / relegation to be continued next season and then when that is taken into consideration, they will then allocate into the various new areas, assuming of course that the proposal does go through. There could of course be lots of promotion avbailable from Step six in August 2013 if many step five clubs choose not to participate and self-relegate themselves, but of course it is far too early too say whether that will actually happen.

However, I imagine that going forward, the FA would want to ensure that the same numbers come up from each step six league, but off hand I don't know what the other step 5 to step 6 arrangements are across the country, but I'd be surprised if it was anything different to two or three.
