[Young Veteran]

20 Players from Sheerwater FC will be completing a 10k run on the evening of Tuesday 20th March 2012. The run will take place at the Sheerwater Athletic Track.

The aim is to raise money for Sports Relief 2012.

The 10k distance is to reflect the average distance covered by professional footballers during a match.

If anyone else would like to join in you are more than welcome, the more people we can get, the more I can promote it and maybe even get the TV people involved ,please contact me via private message for more information.

If you would like to sponsor myself or anyone else please either post on here or private message me.

I was going to get him to run dressed as 'Sheer the Sheep' to promote our new mascot idea to take on Roary and Stag.

Yes mate all good... Beat East Thurruck 4-1 last night in the Trophy replay at ours. We have Northwich Victoria Saturday in the last 16 and they are playing it at Macclesfield as they have had their pitch brought from them. Having said that not sure if the weather will be that kind up there.
