10 Men Sporting Unable to hold on for a point in front of a record Mile End Stadium Crowd of the season (160).Sporting started the game a bit nervous but soon found their strides and started to knock the ball well. Sarfraz's corners was getting delivered in the right areas but Bengal unable to put any away. 0-0 at half time and a very tight game with few chances for either side. Bengal were reduced to 10 men when the referee judged that Foisal's hand stroke the ball preventing a goal scoring opportunity, Bethnal Green made no mistake with the spot Kick. Bengal didn't let that affect their game too much and pressured for a equaliser and when Full Back Michael Williams found Sarfraz inside the area he made sure of the equaliser to the delight of the Bengal Camp. Bethnal Green pressured the bengal defence for the winner and with 4 minutes remaining the found the net again for the winner. A disappointed bengal camp but proud of the way the Bengal Boys played with 10 men. All set for the Big game on Saturday.

Was a good game, very tight. Thought the ref and linesman on the bench side of the pitch were poor.
