Now all the Club have to do is be able to pay for it, whilst maintaining a high enough level of Football to get enough people to go watch them!
A great day to release the news though!

Yes.Where are the numbers?
Some numbers?
Any numbers?
There are pros and cons with every single project.
A new stadium for Eufc could surely break the club once and for all IF not everything is VERY well planned and thought out so on and on.
What are the costs?
Who will pay,and how much?
A new stadium costs MONEY..and that´s one thing Eufc is constantly running short of..and it´s present owner doesn´t have any either..and will not have.
Where are the numbers?
Surely, these needs to be seen by everyone before even being able to say go ahead with building a new stadium.

Locationswise, doesn´t seem to go down to well with a number of local fans.
A little bit out there if I understand it correctly.

Unless someone else is bankrolling the whole bloody thing..Eufc cannot afford a new stadium.
100% down to the council then I guess.
What will the average Gravesham inhabitant say about this then?
Remember,he/she doesn´t attend Stonebridge Road and never has..the economy is what it is on top of that.
I don´t see this taking off at all.

Great if you are travelling by car, but then you can't drink, takes money away from the Bar.

The club has some serious financial problems to deal with at the moment, i think we can all agree on that.
I'm sure everyone would like to know how any new stadium would be paid for.
If its a council project any news from them.

It's probably closer to the town centre than the current ground, there is a direct bus route to within a five minute walk of the location and a local bus service to outside of Morrisons.
Oh yes and much closer to the training ground as well.

Also closer to the A2 for supporters travelling in by car....
Can't say I've heard too many complaints about it...

How good would the parking be at the new site (as compared to Stonebridge Road with Ebbsfleet Station nearby)?

Locations then not a big problem I take it.
However..money should be.
WHO will pay?
What about maintenance and other stuff?
I personally wouldn´t trust either BK or anyone from Myfc myself regarding anything economy related.Their track records doesn´t install any confidence at all..to put it more than mildly.

Remind me of Brian Kilcullen's track record?

I wouldn't say it was much nearer the town center at all. And the proposed new site dosn't have the luxury of a station nearby. The move may suit some fans but not others, but thats the nature of the beast.
A survey to find out how many fans travel to games by train might be in order. And does anyone think this move would effect the Eurostar sponsorship?

Whilst I applaud the finding of a new site, I can't help but think that finance, especially in the current climate will be a major problem.
You've only got to look at the fiasco over the ever increasing costs after we won the Olympic bid - Something we will still be paying for in ten years time !

Can't help thinking that it sounds good to any potential buyers in the future!

Are you ignorant?
He is one of the previous owners of Eufc.
Do I really remind you of what kind of deficits we are talking about here?
IF so..you´re sure ignorant.

Abuse and insults, Clawd. That's always your stock answer to any debate.
all it shows is that you are losing the debate rather than engaging in an intelligent conversation.

What debate,oh BIG BANNER from creepy "official" forum?
There is no debate,only facts.
Or are you about to rewrite history so it fits you?
I wouldn´t be surprised if you tried you know.
Answer those easy questions Gaz.
WAS indeed Kilcullen one of the previous owners?
WHAT was the state of the clubs economy in those days?
You are really full of it aren´t you Gaz?

Why ask the qusetions when the answers are already well known to everyone associated with the club, and you clearly know the answers yourself?
And who is paying for the stadium? The answer to that lies on the Fleet website - published some time ago.
Don't worry Clawd, not a penny of your £27.50 will be wasted on the ground.

Everything that I ever read on the subject on here was the debt was around 50k per month, but since nobody ever saw the due dilligence that was allegedly done before the purchase of EUFC by MyFC, but we will never really know.
The opportunity was there to get the financials in line over a year ago, but when people tried to something about it, they were banned, ridiculed, and bullied by the likes of Harry, Artheon (sp.), and Jeff (Barda). The chickens are coming home to roost and it is turning out the ones who were banned and others like Les and Uncle Urchin were correct the entire time. I feel sorry for Ebbsfleet United, the club, but not sorry for the "Moonies" and stazi of MyFC. You reap what you sow.
