I see from today's Beds on Sunday that Steve Gentle has signed for Cambridge, as he needs more first team games.

It's a shame to see him go, and I would like to wish him all the best at his new club.

I remember hearing that he was on his way back to us during the break, but it would appear that he ran out of petrol at Biggleswade!

Just to confirm Steve Gentle was not offered a contract by Cambridge City in the close season and has signed for Southern League Central Division Biggleswade Town.
